We are broadcasting live from Maryland and Massachusetts! Join us for a sweet mix of contra dance tunes. Sure, it’s a concert but if you get up and swing your partner, we won’t tell anyone.
Tea & Honey formed nearly two years ago as musicians steeped in Northern and Southern trad dance music, classical music, and ragtime came together to make a new blend of sounds. The group has played for contra dances throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and now brings a unique infusion to your living room.
Since performing together from two locations would be a challenge, Rebecca will play a solo set from roughly 7:30-7:50, then Sophie, Bobby, and Colleen will play for the rest of the time.
